Attended Motorcycle Mechanics Institute in 2005 for Honda and Suzuki accreditations. Started working at Riva Motorsports in 2006 which is the largest watercraft dealer in the world. Has been a proactive service advisor for 14 years before being promoted to service manager. Has successfully been the top earner for years, bringing in 1 million dollars in revenue annually. He has a deep desire to help others in this industry from the porters to the manufacturers. Mike joined the #1 dealership staffing company (Dealerosity) to have an impact on the hiring market.
