Scott is highly experienced and knowledgeable Leader passionate about Dealership Operations, training and low turnover. A well trained staff, with clear direction and a mission, all pulling together for the same goal is a beautiful thing to behold. That is where his passion comes from. He never expects or looks for pat on the back, he lives for results. Scott spent over 15 years as a General Manager and Finance Director leading successful teams in both Powersports, Harley-Davidson brand motorcycles and automotive. He lives in South Florida with his beautiful wife Debbie and has successful daughters and is a proud grandfather of "Landon" (his pride and joy).
